Steve has been an avid boater for decades and more recently, has become a passionate sailor. Steve has enjoyed cruising on the best waterways that Australia has to offer and owned several boats in that time.

After a long career in the Information & Communications Technology industry in senior Product, Channel Management and Marketing roles, he jumped at an opportunity to enter the marine industry in a position that saw him managing one of the largest marinas in Sydney, home to over 350 boats.

Boat sales was the logical progression and Steve has assisted hundreds of clients to sell and purchase boats throughout Australia and New Zealand, both outright and in syndicates.

Steve now sits on the NSW committee of the superyacht peak industry body, Superyacht Australia and has been elected to the NSW Council of the Boating Industry Association of Australia (BIA).

Steve is also currently participating on a BIA Steering Committee that is reviewing the subject of Boat Broker Accreditation and Training in this country. The aim is to set a minimum standard for knowledge, skills and ethical business practices throughout the Australian brokerage network and improve the public perception of our profession.

Outside his business efforts, with the experience of over thirteen years in the Australian Army as a reservist, Steve is an impassioned supporter of outdoor youth education and training programs including the Australian Defence Force Cadets organisation.
