Having recently returned to Australia after operating in Fiji waters, Pacific Quest 1 is now certified under AMSA survey for 2B (Extended Offshore) operation with 12 guests and 4 crew along with 1D (Partially Smooth Waters) operation with 47 guests and 5 crew. This stunning vessel offers a three-deck layout providing several distinct relaxation areas for guests.

Main Deck

The covered aft area of the main deck houses the high-capacity lift platform which, when the RIB has been launched, provides an expansive social area looking out from the stern. This hydraulic lift platform was designed to originally house a 3-man submarine and still offers this capability.

Moving forward, you enter the main saloon area offering a large lounge to the starboard side with entertainment facilities including flatscreen TV and audio. On the port side is the dining area and the well-appointed galley. Further forward are three sleeping cabins, each with ensuite and crew quarters.

The bow area presents another large social area which can be shaded when not underway.

Upper Deck

As you move to the next level, you will find the wheelhouse with a full suite of capable marine electronics presented to the twin helm chairs. There’s a row of seating at the back of the wheelhouse for accompanying guests to enjoy the trip.

To the rear of the wheelhouse are two more luxury cabins, again each with ensuite. On the starboard side is the guest master suite or owner’s accommodation and to port is another double that could also be used as the captain’s quarters.

Similar to the cabins on the main deck, all guests will enjoy panoramic views of the seascape through the large windows along both sides.

Aft of the accommodation is the boat deck where the smaller Polycraft tender and two SeaDoo PWC’s are stowed.

Sun Deck

The uppermost level of this beautiful vessel is ‘the’ place for sundowners! This expansive area is perfect for entertaining all your family and friends aboard. In the current configuration this level boasts a large dining table, lounge seating and a BBQ with wet bar, all with 360-degree views under covered protection from the elements.

Prior to the installation of the shade structure, this deck was available as a helicopter landing platform with a folding forward mast and could be returned to this configuration should you so desire.

Engineering

Pacific Quest is powered by twin 740hp MTU Series 60 shaft drive diesels and cruises easily at 12 knots. When required to undertake long range cruising, she offers excellent economy whilst only consuming 50 litres of fuel per hour at 9 knots, including the operation of a generator.
